The hotel offers a cozy room with a small but nicely done setup, perfect for a delightful breakfast overlooking a quiet square before starting a busy day of sightseeing. The service stands out for being extremely helpful, going above and beyond in assisting with document printing and transport arrangements. Its central location near major attractions ensures a safe and convenient stay.
The hotel gave me a mixed experience. The rooms were a bit small and underground, not really ideal for two adults, but the loft room with a steep spiral staircase and a sloping, beamed ceiling had a unique charm. The service was exceptional, friendly, and ready to address any request, offering car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and pet amenities. The location was super central, right between Puerta de Sol and Gran Via, near Sol, Madrid, making it convenient for exploring the main city sights. However, the noise from the downstairs bar was a bit disturbing at night. The dining experience lacked some vegetarian options but offered a lovely selection including juices, pastries, cheese, hams, and a hot selection. The hotel facilities were adequate, and the price was reasonable.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were big and very comfortable, but I would have liked a bathtub. I had a sweet little balcony overlooking Plaza del Carmen, which was a lovely touch. The service was friendly and helped to solve the problems of tourists, offering great value for money. The location was perfect next to the busy Plaza de Sol, making it easy to access all the sites and areas for shops, bars, and restaurants. The dining experience was amazing with lots of healthy and vegan options, adding a rich and healthy touch to the menu.

The location was perfect, right in the old center of Madrid. The dining experience was enjoyable with a nice variety of choices. Overall, a good value for money.
